Delivery & Returns
Prices:
- Our online retail prices are inclusive of all UK and EU taxes.
- For EU countries prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
- For international customers outside of the UK and EU import duties, taxes and other customs related charges are not included. Buyers bear responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
Delivery Charges:
- Free delivery in mainland UK for all orders £50.00 and above.
- A flat delivery charge of £5.85 is applicable in mainland UK on all orders below £50.00.
- Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland are charged at the following flat rates:
£7.85 for all orders below £50.00 (Royal Mail Signed for Service with tracking number and proof of delivery)
£19.85 for all orders £50.00 and above.
- A flat delivery charge for EU countries of £29.85.
- For other countries please contact us directly for a quote.
- We use reliable express delivery services for the UK and Worldwide which are fully trackable. Once your order has been processed we will send you the tracking references enabling you to fully track your item (s).
- We aim to deliver orders within 48 hours within the UK.

EU Orders
1. Business customers
- All orders from companies in the EU require an EORI number and a VAT number. This is a requirement by EU customs authorities, without which orders placed by companies in the EU cannot be dispatched.
- Additionally, business customers are responsible for paying import duties, taxes (e.g. VAT) and any other applicable customs related charges.
2. Non business customers
- All our prices are inclusive of EU taxes and duties.
Collections:
- Due to the current pandemic situation our warehouse is closed for collections and visits.
Returns and refunds:
- We do our utmost best to represent items in photos as they are. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on the resolution of your screen.
- In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement. We will issue you a refund or offer an exchange upon receipt of the damaged item.
- If you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your order we are happy to issue you with a refund minus the cost of delivery both ways, provided the item is returned in good saleable condition.
- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched we are happy to offer you a full refund.
- Please return all items packaged in their original condition using a fully trackable delivery service.
